Brenda's Bio
Brenda Jaeck is a certified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, a Motivational Speaker, workshop facilitator, and radio show host. She teaches people to use food as a tool for change.

Immerging from a 19 year career in the high-tech world, Brenda knew her health was compromised from the constant stress and time demands of an executive position. As a result, she suffered from hypoglycemia and insomnia. She thought getting a better handle on nutrition was a good place to start. She returned to school, focusing on holistic nutrition. This new-found knowledge helped resolve her health issues, and she was finally able to create a fulfilling life outside of work. Then she decided to help others achieve the balance and energy she now enjoyed. Her holistic services company, Seeds To Change, was born.

Personal Information
Born on a military base in Germany, Brenda returned to the US with her family shortly thereafter and lived in the Midwest before settling in upstate New York. She also lived in New England and California before relocating to the New York metropolitan area 10 years ago. A global traveler, Brenda has been to the great pyramids of Egypt, hiked Machu Picchu, explored the intricate corridors of Morocco, attended holistic retreats around the world and even relaxed on beaches in the Caribbean!

Yoga is a big part of Brenda's personal and spiritual life, as are her many wonderful, supportive and loving friends. For recreation, Brenda enjoys reading (averages about 4 books a month anything from novels, to spiritual books to - of course - nutritional and lifestyle topics). She also loves to be outdoors walking, hiking and kayaking. Cooking is a pleasure and a great source of relaxation for Brenda and her friends reap the benefit of her healthy food choices!
