Almond Butter Balls

cup almond butter
cup sunflower seeds
cup coconut
cup rolled oats
cup currants
1 t cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together using hands. Depending on moisture content you may need to add a little water. Roll into 1 balls. Store in refrigerator.

Note if you like them a little sweeter you can add a bit of maple syrup.
